I'm really pleased you enjoyed it LL - it sounds as though it was a wonderful night. I'm still trying to download it from the RH forum, but with little success at the moment. I'll ask my less technophobic daughter to try it for me when she gets back from school. By the way, I'm absolutely pig sickeningly jealous of you! - money constraints have seriously curtailed my live music at the moment!

I've just booked a ticket on ebay for the Jazz Cafe on 7th June - as you can imagine it was horribly expensive, but I am sOOOOO looking forward to this. cheers Mind you, it wasn't as expensive as the Halle gig or even going to Berlin for 3 days!

That's brilliant news!!! I'm sure I'll bump into you there - naturally I remember what you look like from the South Bank Show (and your nifty hand actions!!). I presume Oneofthethree will be there as well - I'll definately recognise him!!

He's doing a mini-festival on 5th June in Derbyshire - Teddy Boys Picnic - it sounds FAB, but I can't go.

Tickets go on sale tomorrow, and I think they'll sell out quite quickly.

Fantastic!!!! I just couldn't let this one go - it sounds an absolute riot. I still haven't got my ticket yet for Jazz Cafe from Ebay, so that should prove interesting Rolling Eyes . It's not going to be too much trouble to cancel the hotel and the train tickets weren't that expensive.

I CAN'T BLOODY WAIT cheers cheers cheers Party! Party! Party! Party! Party! Drunk Drunk

More evidence, if anyone needed it, that Hawley is a top bloke with sound principles:

If you didn't catch it yesterday, Keavo's right hand man Matt Everitt interviews RH for his "The First Time With..." strand. Listen again for another 6 days here.

Gawd, what a hero. I just wanna hug the man. Cool
