Thank you MBV

!!!
Here comes my report and some pictures now ! ^_^
I went to Paris with my boyfriend by train from Lyon. I managed to get close to the scene, for the first time in my life but that was not easy, had to wait for 5 hours in tne cold of Paris without sitting, my legs still hurts but oh well, it was so great to be so close.
Before the show, I met Mark in the street, he was very nice. I showed him
the drawing I did for them and he loved it, and told me to wait for them at the end so I'll be able to give one to each member.
It' was my first Elbow's gig, I just can say it was awesome, the better gig of my life maybe but I'm not very objective as Elbow is my favourite band. The first band to play was Howling Bells, didn't know them but it was really good, a perfect symbiosis between the singer and musicians ! The girl had a pretty voice too.
During the show, Guy was funny, he talked a lot to the public, and was really careful to what everybody said. He told jokes between songs, and things like that. It's jusy sucks I didn't understand everything as I'm french and have some difficulties with his accent but I managed to understand most things I guess.
"Are you having the time of your life ?"

The starlings's trumpet ! ( very stressfull when you're close to the stage

)

Ground for divorce !

Sorry it's a bit blurry :/
You can find more photos
HereIt was a bit hard for me to manage to meet them at the end because there were a lot of english fans who came to see them, around 40 maybe, and when you're shy it's hard to show that you exist when you face those fans, knowing that the Elboys are english and probably prefer talking with english people and make them priority and more important

It really sucks when you don't speak the same language, and even more when you're shy !
Well after maybe 45 minutes waiting for them and for people to let them a bit alone I managed to reach them one by one and gave them the drawing !
All the reaction were priceless and I have really no regrets about insisting to wait for them instead of sending them the picture on internet.
They all tell me "fucking amazing" "fucking brilliant" "awesome" "you're talented!" and it is really, really rewarding !
It's so touching to see your favorite band loving and laughing so much about one of your work !
They are all so kind, especially Pete and Richard, Mark and Craig too of course but really more shy this evening ^^
Guy was a bit ( a lot ? ) drunk when I reached him

and he had too many people around him to focus on us unfortunately.
But he loved the picture too and hugged me so it's the most important ! (he also paied us a beer, lol)
Just after showing the pics, the english fans came back and stole them to us... *sighs*
They are really possessive. It's a pity, knowing that they see them more often. But well I can't blame them for that, we all want to have the band just for us but it was really frustrating ! But I'm going to stop complaining, because the few time I spent with them will stay in my memories for ever

I'm already missing them...
