Trying to get tickets for the gig in Belgium on Nov 5th. Very frustrating as you need to be able to speak Dutch or French to understand the site.

Managed to get through but then got timed out and now can't log in again. Not impressed at all.

Bollocks! Now it's saying it's sold out. Fuck, fuck, fuck. Flights booked and paid for. Hotel booked. This was supposed to be mine and my girlfriend's 40th birthday present. Absolutely gutted. :-(

I managed to get tickets yesterday. It was so annoying. Every time I got through and slected 2 tickets it kept saying that tickets were not available.

I'm flying into Amsterdam on the Friday night and then getting the train down to Brussels on Saturday afternoon. Returning back to Holland on Sunday to see the mrs' parents.

Hopefully a perfect 40th birthday weekend. :-)

Glad you were sorted out mate after all that initial worry - Hamsterjam then Elbow - now that's a heady cocktail of excess that I'd love to get stuck into !

Relieved for you mate! Not a good thing to have the travel sorted but no main event to pull the trip together. Mind you, there are always coffee shops and tulips...

Bastards!. Just checked my credit card statement on line. They took payment and then refunded it 4 days later with no e-mail or contact to explain why.

I'm so pissed off!

Yes, purchased through sherpa.be. Received a confirmation e-mail and then discovered a refund with no explanation. My girlfriend is Dutch so she's been trying to contact them to have a conversation but she's benn unable to get through on the phone & they never reply to e-mails.

Best of lucky guys n dolls - if you get nowhere, maybe tweet the band explaining, see if they can come to your aid - surely they could stick another 4 on their guest list/send complimentary's ?

Either way, it's very poor customer service, to put it mildly.

No point in tweeting the band. They're far too busy to be messing around with an obsessive fan like me. ;-)
