I think it's one of Guy's sisters
I read somewhere (though I can't find it now) that Guy put the lyric in after she was feeling down and that it had nothing to do with the rest of the song.

It IS Guy's sister, I heard it in an video interview Guy did in the netherlands back in 2006. ~~Unfortunately I can not find the link anymore...~~
